Jess has loved hospitality since she was a child and fantasized about being the manager of a beautiful hotel one day.
She never forgot that dream and graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management in Cornell School of Hotel Administration Ithaca, NY. Jess loves languages and speaks Spanish, English…and French to name a few…and enjoys a sincere practice in the healing arts.
Her passion for excellent guest services, healthy lifestyle choices, team leadership and the overall field of wellness brought us together at Present Moment in 2008 and quickly became our General Manager here on the Pacific Riviera. Jess has received the “Clefs d’or” award for her outstanding achievements in Customer Service and soon thereafter achieved her Masters in both Occupational Psychology and Hotel Management Skills.
Jess is the proud mother of April, her 18 year old college bound daughter.
She enjoys swimming, yoga, music, nature, the fine arts and co-creating potentially transformational experiences with her guests. One of her favorite quotes is:
