Ivan is originally from Michoacan where his family a produces Mezcal. He has been perfecting his Skateboarding and Surfing skills since he was 10 years old and is quite the pro. Ivan is a proud father; nature enthusiast and loves to camp on the beach or in the mountains. Providing quality customer satisfaction is his mission and he rarely dissapoints.

Cook

Rubén hails from the beautiful state of Guerrero, Mexico, where he also received his training in the culinary arts. Some of his favorite pastimes away from the kitchen are running, walking, and playing his guitar. Ruben also performs excellently on the soccer field.

With a professional and passionate ambition for creating Latin fusion cuisine and mouth-watering barbecue Ruben is renown for his craft cocktails that give rise to his professional career.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Introducing Madai, the heart and soul of our housekeeping team, serving as our dedicated supervisor. As a loving wife and proud mother of three vibrant young boys, Madai’s life is a beautiful tapestry woven with the threads of family love and devotion.

With an infectious positivity that radiates from within, Madai approaches her role with boundless energy and unwavering enthusiasm. She infuses every aspect of her work with a touch of magic, ensuring that each guest’s stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

Off-duty, Madai’s passion for movement and joy is evident in her love for Zumba dancing, a hobby that invigorates her spirit and keeps her energized. She finds immense joy in co-creating unforgettable moments with friends and family, cherishing each opportunity to make lasting memories together.

Rafael has 14 plus years of experience in different areas of the tourism sector. He has a degree in Business Administration and has worked with independent and chain hotels and travel agencies as an operations manager. Rafael enjoys mountain biking and his hobbies collecting video game consoles. He is married and a proud father of a beautiful nine-year-old daughter who he inspires to be the kind of person that makes the world a better place through her actions and integrity.

Cook

Zahid was born, raised, and culinary trained in our beautiful neighboring city of Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo de Azueta. He has a passion for cooking and participating in all aspects of the kitchen operation. Zahid achieves his most primal connection when creating healthy, delicious, and artfully presented meals.

He loves performing music that brings joy and fulfillment to his audience; plays soccer and makes it a priority to spend quality time with his family.
