Rafael has 14 plus years of experience in different areas of the tourism sector. He has a degree in Business Administration and has worked with independent and chain hotels and travel agencies as an operations manager. Rafael enjoys mountain biking and his hobbies collecting video game consoles. He is married and a proud father of a beautiful nine-year-old daughter who he inspires to be the kind of person that makes the world a better place through her actions and integrity.

Cook

Zahid was born, raised, and culinary trained in our beautiful neighboring city of Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo de Azueta. He has a passion for cooking and participating in all aspects of the kitchen operation. Zahid achieves his most primal connection when creating healthy, delicious, and artfully presented meals.

He loves performing music that brings joy and fulfillment to his audience; plays soccer and makes it a priority to spend quality time with his family.

Waiter

Edgar is originally from Zihuatanejo and since the age of 8 has worked side by side with his father, Hector, as a waiter’s assistant on Ixtapa Island. Edgar’s greatest joy is his very beautiful daughter named Mahelet which means “gift from God” in Arabic.He is a cheerful, positive co-worker who is well-loved by his clients and colleagues alike.

Edgar’s favorite hobbies include Martial Arts Training and Kickboxing.

Housekeeper

Ana Luisa was born in the fishing village of Zihuatanejo. Another woman whose family comes first, her greatest treasures are raising her 3 young children. Ana loves to dance and is quite a talented singer. Often you can find her strolling the beach and enjoying the Pacific Riviera.
