After a long day of travel, I removed my shoes to wander onto the beach. The water was warm and it soothes my feet as the waves ripple in. I am surrounded by vibrant colors of the sunset that are penetrating my entire body deep into my soul. I want to be here forever as the darkness comes in like a navy blue blanket and the stars are like diamonds in the sky
A portal has opened into the next morning and I have traveled back in time to a beautiful village that is just opening its eyes to the morning sun. What a restful first night to sleep so soundly with waves lulling me. My bungalow sits on the edge of a jungle and I hear the tropical birds singing “Buenas días” My window shows a view of the rooftops and the ocean view have I jumped a timeline? It’s surreal – or… am I hallucinating?

There are 5 open-air bungalows with authentic Mexican Palapa roofs. Every bungalow is a unique interpretation of a theme and each one is decorated in artisan furnishings and artwork from the region.

Serenity, Intuition, and Peace are 3 Air-conditioned Suites located near the pool and have an overview of the ocean for those wanting a more upscale experience decorated with artisan furnishings and pillow top 400 ct bedding for a single queen or shared 2 twin beds.

Two larger bungalows are called Unity and Harmony
They are designed to accommodate up to 4 shares in twin beds or any other combination for 3-4 participants.
There is a large deck on the outside for catching a spectacular sunset.

Living in the present moment is noticing every cell in your body is wide awake and vibrating at a higher frequency. You feel more alive more grounded connected to ourself.
We all want to look younger and yoga is the secret weapon of aging gracefully If all the other muscles in our body need this tender loving care then why shouldn’t the 46 muscles of our face and neck?
Face yoga looks weird and targets all the problem areas that come with aging from crow’s feet to smile lines to jowls. So of course the neck and jawline are included!

About Troncones & Getting Here
At the heart of charming Troncones Beach, nestled between the lush mountains of the Sierra Madre and the sparkling Mexican Riviera, Present Moment Retreat combines the ambiance of nature’s grandeur with personally challenging mind-body work, set in harmony on beautifully-landscaped tropical grounds.
Troncones Beach is a small, recently-developed community situated on some 3 miles of pristine Pacific beach – a strand of white sand punctuated by occasional rock outcroppings often harboring tidepools teeming with fascinating saltwater life. The charming village is home to a small school, a public library (donated by generous local residents for the education of the village’s children), a church, several dry goods outlets and a few other small provisioning services for essential items. All of these are couched within a traditional and tropical Mexican ambiance.
You can fly into Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa, the airport is located only 20 miles north and an easy 45-minute drive. The international airport is serviced by a number of International airlines including Alaska Airlines, Continental, American, America West, Frontier Airlines, Mexicana and Aeromexico. Troncones Beach is highly connected, yet still a world apart.
