As a workshop leader, our Group Retreat Package is the perfect solution for you to host a group event of twelve people or more, while personally enjoying your own holiday. We’ll assist you in reserving bungalows, creating meal packages, coordinating workspaces and schedules, marketing consultation, and handling deposits if needed.

Note: This program is for leaders bringing groups of 12 or more people. If you are interested in bringing a smaller group, please contact us and we can customize a package for you.

All you need to do is…

• Commit to a minimum of 12 participants
• Pay $2500 USD as a down payment to reserve the 8 poolside bungalows. $4000 required for all 11 rooms**
• Promote your workshop
• Register your participants
• Enjoy and lead your workshop in a nurturing, transformational environment

**Cancellation Fees and Policy** We kindly ask for at least 60 days’ notice prior to your arrival for a 50% refund on your deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of your arrival will forfeit 100% of the deposit, as we strive to maintain balance and harmony in accommodating all our guests.

Group Retreat packages from November 1st through April 31st start at just $1250 per person and include:

7 nights of Oceanfront Accommodation, Gourmet Breakfast, Unlimited Present Moment Yoga Classes & Meditation, sales tax, as well as a 10% discount for bringing more than 12 guests.

Our Canadian/American group of yogis arrived with hardly any expectations and an open heart. The accommodation options at Present Moment were perfect for our middle size group. Each of the private bungalows had beautiful open bathrooms are fantastic, daily cleaning service. The food at the restaurant was beyond exceptional. We have noticed that people have come in to eat from all over town, as the reputation of the kitchen exceeds its size. The Yoga platform faces the ocean, so at the end of class you can chose if you wish to swim in the ocean or in the pool on the other side of the platform. The staff, including teachers, therapists and office were always helpful, kind and accommodating. People were a little nervous about the location and how comfortable the hotel would be, but I have to tell you Present Moment blew everyone away.
