Be Light Package
Our signature Be Light cleanse is an all-inclusive package, which features Yoga, Wellness Counseling, Gourmet Meals, Healing Shakes, and an extensive array of Detoxifying Herbs. Each day you will enjoy three raw/vegan meals from our gourmet kitchen. Sit down with one of our wellness counselors to evaluate where you are in your life, and to make the very most of your time with us. At Present Moment Retreat, we believe that vacation and wellness go hand in hand. Our mission is to provide a safe and sacred space to enliven the body, stimulate the mind, express emotions, and renew the spirit. As part of your package, you will receive a 30 minute wellness consultation that is designed to assist you in gaining clarity in order to create balance in all facets of your life: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Through a holistic approach to wellness, we will help facilitate transformation and release blocks, clearing the pathway to inner peace and ease in your life. The first 30 minute session is complimentary and included in all packages!
